How do I book a dress?
You can book a dress by calling us at +91 98151 19131, WhatsApp us, or browse our collection online and contact us for availability.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes, we provide minor alterations to ensure the perfect fit. Major alterations may incur additional charges. You will send us physical measurements. The dress will be altered as per your size.
How is the dress confirmed?
The dress will be confirmed after the security payment (double the dress rent). Return the dress one day after your occasion. Security deposit will be returned at store or online. Refunds are processed the same day we receive the dress. Payment methods: cash, Paytm, Google Pay, wallet, or bank transfer.
When will I receive the dress?
You can collect the dress one day before your occasion or we can deliver it to your address.
Who pays for courier charges?
We pay one-side courier charges. Return courier charges are paid by the customer. We deliver to all cities by courier from our store at Sunny Enclave, Sec. 125, Mohali.
Do you clean the dresses?
All dresses are professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental for your safety and comfort.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us for specific terms.
